Free Ground Shipping on orders of $50 or more, delivered within the 48 contiguous United States.
Our distribution center processes orders until 1 pm Pacific Time (4 pm Eastern Time) daily, Monday through Friday. Orders received prior to this time will ship the same day the order was placed. Orders received after this time will ship the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, and excludes holidays.

Our shipping rates are competitive in the industry, and Prince Pickleball offers free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more. Transit time for these orders is typically between 2 and 7 days, depending how far your delivery address is from our distribution center in Washington State. For faster transit time we do offer shipping upgrades, and all shipping options and associated rates are displayed during checkout. Should you have any questions or concerns about order processing or shipping, please contact customer service at 866-386-3499, Monday through Friday between 7 am and 5 pm Pacific Time, or on Saturdays between 9 am and 1 pm Pacific Time. Customer Service is closed on Sundays and all major US holidays.

Shipping Transit Times:
Most orders ship either UPS Ground, or USPS First Class Mail. Please consult these transit time maps to get an idea of (non-guaranteed) delivery timeframes when your order is shipped from our Washington State distribution facility.




Expedited shipping options, which are made available during checkout, are guaranteed and should be considered for time-sensitive orders.

International Orders:
Orders shipping outside the United States are almost always processed using USPS International First Class shipping from the US Postal Service, which will deliver is about 8 to 14 days depending on your shipping address. Please be advised that the recipient of an international order may be subject to extra taxes and/or duties assessed by local governments when the shipment arrives in the recipient's country of residence. All duties and taxes must be paid by the receiving party; Prince Pickleball has no control over these fees, nor are we informed of which orders will be assessed extra local taxes and duties.
