How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service at 866-386-3499 for more information on returning an item. Don't worry, the process is easy! We will accept returns on paddles, for any reason, for up to 30 days after your purchase date with no questions asked. Please do not alter your paddle in any way, by writing your name on it or applying a different grip to the handle, as these actions will void this policy. You may, however, play pickleball with your paddle as much as you like during this time period. After all, none of us knows how well a paddle will suit our game until we try it out a few times, right? We understand.

Upon contacting Customer Service we will notate your account that a return is pending, and we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Then, simply choose a trackable shipping method by which to return the paddle, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx, and ship the paddle back to us at your convenience. Return shipping charges from these carriers is typically in the $5 to $8 range depending on your distance from our distribution center.
